CemTracker's Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how INNOCEMENT SDN BHD (“the Company”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our online Delivery Tracking System known as CemTracker (hereinafter “CemTracker”).
The CemTracker offers its customer a platform to track orders from the placing of order until delivery of the product to their preferred destinations (“the Services”)
This Privacy Policy is formulated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”), which describes how your personal information is collected and used and your choices with respect to your Personal Data and privacy. For absolute clarity, any reference to “we”, “our” or “us” in this Privacy Policy shall include any member of the Company.
In order for the Company to provide you with our Services and to operate in an efficient and effective manner, the Company may need to collect relevant personal information from you either manually or through the CemTracker or any other relevant platform. The personal information collected by the Company are for the use of, or subscription to the CemTracker’s offered by the Company or as requirements of government and its authority.
By accessing and using the CemTracker you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the terms and conditions of this policy.
1.INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1. Information You Provide:When you register an account on the CemTracker, we may collect personal information including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, and payment information.
1.2. Information:We may collect information about how you use the CemTracker, including your interactions with features and content, device information, and log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
1.3. the CemTracker you hereby consent to such information sharing as mentioned in 3.3 and 3.2.
1.4. Location Data: When you use CemTracker, we may collect your location data to facilitate the tracking of deliveries. This includes real-time GPS or other location-based information from your device. You can control this access through your device settings, but please note that restricting location access may limit the functionality of the CemTracker and its Services.
2. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
Personal information that you provide to us voluntarily may be processed and/or disclosed to third party that provide service for the Company behalf in compliance with all applicable laws mainly PDPA, regulations and industry standards for the following purposes (collectively, “Purposes”):
a. to manage, verify and complete transactions with you;
b. to direct market our products to you;
c. to process payment done vis the CemTracker;
d. to understand and analyse our sales, and your needs and preferences;
e. to develop, enhance, market and provide products to meet your needs in more effective manner;
f. to personalize your experience and improve the quality of our services;
g. to communicate with you, including responding to inquiries and providing customer support.
h. to send you updates on products, news and updates, rewards and promotions, special privileges and initiatives offered by CemTracker and/or its partners and/or vendors;
i. to process your payment transactions; and
j. to comply with any regulatory, statutory or legal obligation imposed on us by any relevant authority.
k. to collect, process, and use real-time location data as necessary for tracking, monitoring delivery efficiency, and improving the overall delivery experience provided by CemTracker.
3. METHOD OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
Although the precise details of the Personal Data collected will vary according to the specific purpose (such as forums, surveys, requirement of any governmental or authoritative body and etc.), we may typically collect the following Personal Data from or in relation to you including but not limited to the following:
a. your personal particulars such as your name, NRIC number and all details contained in your NRIC, address, contact details [such as telephone number(s), email address(es), home address(es), fax number(s)], race, gender, nationality and/or photographs/ images;
b. purchasing or transaction records;
c. your membership with us and online account information, including your user name, personalised ID number and password;
d. Participate in surveys and other types of research;
e. personal data collected automatically, which include internet protocol address (IP address), internet cookies, type of language used, access time and such other personal data relevant when you access the InnoCement website and/or mobile and/tablet applications.
4. EXTERNAL LINKS
The InnoCement websites and electronic applications may contain links to other web sites not maintained or related to CemTracker. These websites may have their own privacy statement in place and we recommend that you review those statements if you visit any linked web sites. The Company and/or CemTracker shall not be responsible for the contents on the linked sites and/or any use of your personal data by these sites and/or any collection of personal data from you, whether by consent or otherwise
5. PROTECTION YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1. Your Personal Data shall be stored either in electronic or hard copies in our offices or in servers located in Malaysia.
5.2. We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that personal information in our custody or control is protected against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure. This protection applies in relation to information stored in both electronic and hard copy form. Access to your personal information is restricted to selected employees or representatives only.
5.3. CemTracker follows generally accepted information security techniques, such as firewalls, and access control procedures, to protect personal information against loss and unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure.
6. INFORMATION SHARING
6.1. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the CemTracker, processing payments, or delivering Event on our behalf. These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide the service and to protect your privacy.
6.2. We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
7.1. You are given notice that the Event will only be made available to you upon your accepting and expressly consenting to the terms of this Privacy Policy, where such express acceptance and consent shall be evidenced by you clicking or checking or indicating accordingly on the relevant consent portion of the registration forms, purchase forms or such other documents as may be furnished to you.
7.2. By so indicating your acceptance of the term of this Privacy Policy, you shall be deemed to have expressly consented to the processing of your personal data by the CemTracker or any of its authorized agents, employees, partners and/or contractors for the Purposes as outlined.
7.3. You hereby agree and accept that by registering and/or continuing to use the Services, you authorize and consent to your personal data being processed by and where required, disclosed to classes of third parties as identified by the CemTracker for the purposes of the CemTracker providing service to you. For the avoidance of doubt, you also hereby explicitly consent to the Company processing any sensitive personal data relevant such purposes.
7.4. If required, it may be necessary to transfer your Personal Data to third party service providers based/located outside Malaysia.
8. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
8.1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you may at any time withdraw your consent to the CemTracker processing any personal data of yours or to any part or portion of the same by sending to the Company at the address set out below a written notice of withdrawal and within the period prescribed under the PDPA. The Company shall take all necessary measures to give effect to your withdrawal of consent, to the extent that such withdrawal does not conflict with any of the CemTracker’s other legal obligations.
8.2. If you do not wish to have your personal data shared with any other party, or if you do not wish to be solicited for products offered by the CemTracker or any other parties including third parties, kindly inform the Company in writing at the communication information as given below.
9. DATA RETENTION
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
10. RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA
Under the PDPA, you have the right of access to your Personal Data held by us with request regarding correction of the Personal Data that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date.

11.1. You may update, correct, or delete your account information at any time by accessing your account settings within the CemTracker or by contacting us directly.
11.2. You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions provided in the communication or by contacting us directly.
12. UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on the CemTracker or by other means of communication.

We endeavour to take reasonable measures to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal information, expect for any event of unauthorized access or breaches.
